Recent repairs have wiped out some things I need to download pics from digital camera...installed software from manufactuer (kodak Easy Share) & it still doesn't work....what can I do to make it work again ?
Thank you for your help. Its difficult to do tech support this way. Provding as much detail as possible always helps. For example:
- What make and model of camera?
- What make and model of PC?
- What PC OS?
- How is/was the camera connected to the PC? Via a cable? Some kind of docking station? When you connect the camera to the PC, does the PC recognize it?
- When you says Easyshare does not work, what exactly happens? Do you get any error messages?
A couple of other suggestions:
- If the PC was repaired by a major service (Best Buy for example), I would contact them and explain the situation. They might be required to help, or if not, still might be able to assist.
- I believe Kodak has a customer service line that helps consumers with camera and software related problems:
1-800-235-6325 (23KODAK), option 12, Monday through Sunday, 9 AM to 8 PM EST (within US only)
The support is free, but it may take a while to get a tech on the phone. Be patient. Their support web site might also offer some answers.

verify cause when starting program, what happens?
if not loading right away, wait for loading pictures..
also check printer and other devices settings for conflicts
empty temp folders, delete internet cache
empty trash bin,
blank screen?,.repair iexplorer,check java updates, flash update, |
