I have Windows XP with media center. I want to download my pictures and burn it onto a CD while retaining the date and time taken. I want to do it without having to install the software for my camera. I was able to do this with Windows XP without media center. The Media Center will only put the date that it was burned onto the CD. (When the curson is over the picture a date pops up. I want the date it was taken to pop up) You can correct your camera to a USB port and then a board will come and it will ask if you want to use the download wizard for photos. highlight it and click ok and it should download the photos to my photos.
Check on photos and move them to your cd write drive and burn them there.
