Bell Mini Digital Camera?

I bought a Bell Mini Digital Camera, and it takes pictures fine, and with the software driver that came with it, I can see myself in a live webcam. I try to use the webcam with AIM, my webcam is found, but it won't wotk, all people see, and me too, is a black screen. The camera says it can work as webcam. What is wrong?
