why after installing software from new digital camera an reinstalling numerous times I can not get my pictures to load to my pc after connecting the USB and following the instr.this happens on my New PC,but I can load pics to my old pc! that does not have the new digital software installed ??? Here are few things that you need to check.
1. What is the operating system.
2. When you connect your digital camera to the PC, do you see a "Green Arrow" icon appearing in the "Task Bar"?
3. If it does then open the Windows Explorer and you will find your Camera listed as another "Storage Disk", say E:
4. You can simply browse through that and copy your pictures without relying on the Software that you have installed for that camera.
