V550 digital camera download pictures?

Is their anyway to get around using the kodak easyshare software for downloading pictures from my V550 kodak digital camera. Other digital cameras show up like a drive on my computer. I wish my V550 digital camera did that. Please help Thanks,

go into the software program
and uncheck the box that says default

Did you go into My Computer and look for a removable drive? It should be there.
