I recently bought a digital camera and I've seem to have lost the installation disk to upload my pix?

what web site do I go to and upload the lost software to my DXG digital camera

Search their website of that camera. They will usually have a downloads page..or software page where u can download the software that's needed for your camera. Though...u dont really need that software to upload your pics. U can do it with Windows..well with mine i can.

if you lost it then go to radio shack and show them the box that came with the camera and they should have the installation disc or if it has a usb port on the camera than use a usb cord.

Sounds like you purchased a No Name Brand Digital Camera....which is fine, so long as the memory card which stores the images is removeable from the camera. As Long as you meet this requirement, here is what I would recommend you do since you purchased a No Name Brand Camera. Go to your Local Camera Store or Radio Shack and purchase something called a CARD READER....the card reader stays attached to your computer at all times, and when your ready to upload photos to your computer, simply pull the memory card out of the camera, and insert it into the Card Reader attached to your computer, and now you should be able to drag the photos to anywhere on your hard drive in a matter of seconds! If you had a big name camera like a Canon or Nikon, chances are you probably could have gotten the driver you need from thier website...since you have a no name brand camera, I recommend you use the card reader and make life easy. I work for a camera store, and I bring home a different camera all the time, and the last thing I want to do is load the software for every camera.....so I just use a card reader and avoid the hassle of loading software to my hard drive all together!
