Please Help...Vivitar Mini Digital Camera?

Okay, my little brother bought the Vivitar Mini Digital Camera. When we tried to install the camera driver and software, our computer gave me a pop-up saying that the software doesn't have the 'Window's Stamp', and that it could permanently damage our comp to load it. We have Window XP.

Does anyone know where I can get the software with the stamp, or if it works anyways without adverse affects?

I think you get that message anytime you load software that isnt microsoft brand. I guess its a disclaimer to save their butt if you load something bad, but I dont think vivatar would sell you a camera with bad software. I used to have a vivatar years ago and loaded the software onto a computer with windows 98 and it worked fine.

I used to have one of those. It sucked.

I had bought one of those and I ended up returning it cause it didn't work it keep saying something on my computer too
