I recently recieved the photo keychain as a gift. However the cd that came with the driver software is badly damaged. I have searched everywhere and have only come upon the digital camera software - (which did not work , of course) The name on the package so Innovage however my USB recognizes the chip name of Sitronix Mass storage USB Device) Neither site was of any assistance and of course customer service with either is not open on th eweekends- Is there anyone who could assist me in getting the proper driver for this device? I have seen the samedevice sold on Amazon and overstock.com A co-worker just bought one of these and had issues trying to get it to work. Here's what I found after doing some digging and playing around with it.
1. Download the drivers from here: www.mscustomercare.com
2. Make sure the device is fully charged and not in charge mode.
3. Unzip and install the drivers with the device connected to your pc.
