Camera sound transfer help. Help please!? |
Whenever I download videos on my laptop the sound doesn't play. It plays on my camera and other computers but not my laptop. It's really frustrating me and I don't know what's going on. I have an HP Photosmart R837 if that helps. I don't have the HP software for my camera downloaded on my computer, could that be why? Thank you SO much! It's probably why.
