I have problems loading pictures?

Well I have a digital camera and the images were saved on a SD Disk, 2 GB Space.. It came with this thing called MicroMate..

Now when I put the SD Card in the thing Micromate.
Which I then put into a USB drive on my pc, the light flashes on it. But then it says 'Found New Hardware'. So this window pops and it asked if I wanted to install software... etc.. but it doesn't find really anything!

So thing is it doesn't work
I even have tried putting in just the SD Card in the SD Card slot on my pc, but it doesn't work. Like the light on the slot doesn't go on or anything.

So what am I supposed to? How do I get it to work? Cos I'm really confused now. :S

& it's not like I'm able to load it straight from the camera either... cos I think it's broken. :S :S

Install the drivers by using the CD received by you with the camera.

Also give location of the drivers in "Found New Hardware wizard".

Then you will see one more drive in My computer. Then transfer your files.

You need to install the software after you do that it will work

first try to install the program that came with your camera. if you already did that the right click on the start (bottom left side) and click open. go up to the scroll down arrow and it should show a new little icon there that has the name of ur camera or sumthing like that.. if that dosent work shut the computer off and try again.. if that doesnt work maybe you should try calling the camera company or a local computer shop
