HI! I recently uploaded some pictures to my computer , and croped and brightned them using the editing software program that came with my laptop. Its called Pisca...
After impoting the pictures to my computer I deleted the pictures from my camera. Today I uploaded the pics from my computer to walmart, and the majority of them came out blurry, the reason being -because I cropped and edited them before printing.

I wanted to know if i were to print them elsewhere(walgreens, 1hour photo) would I get the same blurry pictures? How about if i printed them straight from my own computer and printer would they come out exactly as i edited them and without the bluriness?

The photo will come out blurry and pixelated wherever you go since the information on the photo (pixels) is not enough to print with the size that you like (probably 4x6). So the printer actually expands the photo to fit in the 4x6 paper which makes it blurry and pixelated.

The thing is printing size is not the same as the image size of your photo. Go to the sorce link below for more detailed explanation.

I'm not familiar with Pisca, but in photoshop, once you open the image and go to image size option, it will show you two size information, one is pixel dimensions which corresponds to your monitor screen and the other is document size which tells you how big it will show up on paper when you print it at 100% without expanding/shrinkin it. Your photo I would bet is less than 4x6' document size.

When you crop the image and saved it, i'm afraid you lost the information. My only suggestion is add something else on the picture like a cool background or borders just to fit in 4x6 printing size.

no they wont you can actually get them to look really good if u let walgreens print them for you i do it all the time and its like 30cents a picture just choose "glossy" when you go to the walgreens website

Try this go to picasa right click on the photo then click "undo all edits".
