Ipod touch Question? |
I bought my ipod touh today and downloaded the latest version of itunes, but all that shows up on the screen is a picture of a USB cord attaching to itunes. I keep getting the message I don't have the right software, and it shows up as a camera on my computer. What should I do? Is the picture of the USB on the touch, cause that just means you need to update the firmware. If you can, go to help on itunes and click on "Check for updates" But if its on itunes, then i dont know what to tell you. And as the touch showing up as a camera on your pc, i wouldnt worry about that, cuz it does the same thing on my computers. Do you have adobe photoshop? cuz thats what detected my ipod as a camera and tried getting my pics off that call customer service |
