Why isn't my Kodak Easy Share Software allowing me to upload the videos that I take? |
It's starting to really frusturate me. My cousin just had a baby shower and I video taped her and her fiance opening gifts but when I try to upload them, it displays them with that crack down the middle. It kind of looks like lightning. It says it's corrupted and it doesn't show the video in the backround. It used to upload them fine, but now it won't. It's been like this for a while now. It shows them fine on the camera. I have been told to uninstall and reinstall the software, but I won't because I am afraid of loosing my 931 pictures. Thanks for any help! I use the same software with my Kodak camera. Plug your camera in and click add pictures. It will take some time depending how long your video file is. Also my camera makes the video files HUGE! 5 minute videos are usually 200 MB and .mov files. I don't know what camera you have. When you import your video (which does take awhile), it should be in your latest album. To access that album go to My Computer, Shared Documents, Shared Pictures (I know you want to click Shared Videos but its not in there), and then your latest album. Your video file should be there. If it doesn't work contact me for more help. I'm glad Alex answered you because I'm having the same problem. Alex I tried your solution but did not work for me. I do not like this Kodak Easyshare camera because of the software and cumbersome video uploading alone. |
