What is the best way to license digital content that you own? |
My company owns digital video and photography of current high school sporting events. We obtain content of 1000-1500 events per season, three seasons per school year. We have several media companies wishing to have access to the content. Consult a copy-write/licensing lawyer as you need to be sure you do this correctly if you want to be able to defend it in court both from your ability to sell it and your ability to determine how the content is used. |
