Things to shoot when learning Photography? |
Im just getting into digital photography, and i'm buying a SLR camera, i wanted to know if anyone knew of some things i could shoot to learn the basics. Start with basic nature shots, no human element. nature is simple to capture unlike human models. people, objects, ocean views, mountain views, things in that nature myself Anything. The keys are framing and presentation. start with the simple things, over by where i stay they just started building new houses so its an area where they cut down all the trees and left some up in the back and in the middle of the large terrain is this one single skinny tree thats sooooooo pretty during sunset. stuff like that moving objects, things with dark to light contrast like walkways, tunnels, freeway nights-moving lights-mess with the shutter speed. Stars, you must photograph stars, and when you go, let me know. Try a field of flowers. Play with the depth by trying to make just one flower very clear and the rest blurry. Anything still is good. |
