www.dpchallenge.com has a forum, and a whole community of digital camera enthusiasts who are always trying to learn more. There is a tutorial section, and if you post questions, there's a lot of friendly people just waiting to help you. There's a search engine for the forum, and the folks there have discussed just about everything regarding digital photography.

But another fun way to learn is to participate in the challenges and vote on the entries. You get to discover this way why some images work and others don't, and you gain insight from the comments people leave on your images on how the image can be better and what to improve.
