DEC (255) = HEX(c) --> What is (c) ? Why does (c) matter in digital photography? Decimal 255 in Hex is FF As to how that relates to digital photography, if I had to guess, I'd guess that it has something to do with color values. eg: in the RGB color schema we display colors as RRGGBB.
