Photography lighting portable power source?

I bought some photography lights and would like to use them outside, even in like wooded areas, but i have nothing to plug my lights into.
Im wondering what photographers use to do this, but cant seem to find it anywhere.
It needs to have regular outlets, and im assuming it would be battery operated?
please help!

You can get several hours of light from a portable car starter with inverter. The gizmo is essentially a small car battery in a carrying case. You can plug up to 200watts of light/and equipment into it. You can also get inverters that will convert your car power to 120v and maybe get a little more wattage or longer life. You would have to use florescent bulbs to run off these low power inverters. If you used a lot of lights, you may have to have several of them. Still cheaper and more convenient than a generator.

Portable, battery operated flash units are the usual tools,if you want to use mains powered studio lights you would need to have a generator that would produce mains power, just as Tv and Film crews do on location. It may be possible to use ordinary car lights and adapt them for your purpose,or check out site lights as used on building sites from building contracters'suppliers.

It's pretty obvious what you need, a generator. You can find these practically anywhere, besides a clothing store.
