Would brown shirts and jeans work in a family photo?

What color should the background be? photographers?

If you choose a woodsy or fall background, then brown and jeans would work. But if you want your family to stand out from the background then I would suggest all white or bright colors. Or even let everyone wear something different and then just have a blank all white background (That was my family's Christmas picture last year and it looked really nice with the all white background).

I think the best family pictures are when everyone is actually enjoying themselves and aren't posed (or don't seem posed). So if you just have a picture taken of your family doing something they enjoy I think that will look a lot nicer, then making everyone look the same and pose a certain way.

why brown? thats jsut an odd color for a family photo...

Thats kind of dull.
Why not try a red, turquoise, or emerald? Those colors look good on most everyone.

How about nice white tees with jeans on the beach? Those family pictures always come out so pretty...especially right at sunset!!
