Women 18+ only please?

Have/Would you consider doing an erotic photoshoot for your Boyfriend/Husband with a Professional photographer as a gift for a birthday, some special occasion, or just to suprise him?

I would like you to include if your answer is yes, would you do lingerie only or would you do nudity?

When I say a professional Photographer I mean with a studio and contracts/Releases that state he can not use the photo's for anything (no posting them on the web or selling them etc) so you wouldnt have to worry about seeing them on the web later becuase you could sue him if you did.

I am asking becuase I am thinking about adding this service to my photography studio and was wondering how many women would want this service and also how/where to pass on this service. you really dont want it on the business card that you hand out to do family portriats or senior pictures it would look strange. So suggestions on where I could promote this type of service would be appreciated.

I was thinking having a brochure at lingerie shops and places like that letting your service be advertised is the only place I can think of to advertise.

I would do it in a heartbeat! With or without lingerie.

Hey thanks for the idea! (Valentine's day is coming up!)

Have you ever seen the advertisement boards they put on the back of bathroom doors? You can't help but look and read. That may be a good place. Also you may want to approach a local lingerie store (especially adult lingerie stores) and see if you can leave an advertisement flyer or card on the counter. Start a website.

I would love to do this.

If it were offered in my home, and it was tasteful, hell yeah. I actually have been planning on probably doing some myself as some little *teasers* for my husband. Maybe stick on in his lunch or in a card in his car. Something to consider coming home to, you know.

Iam just waiting to get my body back from the baby.

i would not want other men looking at my body.

Yes I would consider those. I would do lingerie pics and the nude ones as well! That is a very interesting business idea! You should advertise that on the card! I am pretty sure if you did that, your business would skyrocket!!!

Yes I'd do it if it was tasteful but not totally naked.
A sheet strategically placed here and there would be o.k. though!
I think it would be a great idea as a gift for a boyfriend/partner/husband.

Fur sure i would do this, actually i have thought about doing it, and i never did because my hubbie wouldn't have no where to put them, cuz of our kids and visitors coming, but Yes i sooooo would, naked or not.. =]

Sorry,I don't trust you.

I would love to do this, and I'm sure that my husband would love it too, but I'm not comfortable enough with my body to let anybody else see it. Sorry if this doesn't help.

I think you should add it to your list of services, but perhaps not include it on your general service brochure as it may chase away parents who want to bring their kids in for photos (for example).

Advertise that service separately, in places that may draw the type of people who would want to do that.

Yeah, I'd do it. A friend of mine did a couple of years ago and I accompanied her to make sure everything was on the up-and-up. The pics turned out nice and the guy was nice but professional (nothing inappropriate in word or deed).

Try advertising at lingerie shops
Adult toy stores
Women's clothing boutiques
Nightclubs
Shoe/clothing stores that cater to more risque' fashion

Use your imagination...

go to a bridal show!

i would do it too. the only place that i can think of is the internet. get some ad space on an appropriate web site and have a sample pic there.

I think there would be a bigger desire for this than you'd think. Professional photo shoots always tend to be very tasteful, and as long as you were reputable and people knew it, I think you'd have a booming business.

I probably would, with the caveat that another person be in the room with us at all times. (If you're a man, it would be great if she was a female.) Women want to make sure they're not being exploited, and adding a third person, particularly female, would be a good check. (There is always a third person, generally a nurse, in the room during a gynecological exam, to make sure there is no foul play, if you know what I mean. I think it makes women feel safer and less vulnerable.)

From a Man's Point of view I would rather my wife or GF set up a tripod and took them herself.

Or let me do it...
Get a camera and Tripod and set it all up in the bedroom... plan it out and ask your BF or Husband to take the photos/ Movie...

Knowing another man has seen my GF naked is not the valentine's day gift I'd want....

But that's just me through out a flip of the coi if you will

yea i think it would be fun to do something like that

Are you talking about a boudoir portrait, or something more like what's in Penthouse?

If you mean standard boudoir, then sure - these sort of portraits have become very popular.

Google "boudoir portraits" and see what other photographers are offering. Note that many have a makeup artist and/or hair stylist available for shoots to make it extra special.

As for how to promote it, have separate business cards made up and advertise around Valentine's Day, go to women's shows with a booth, or leave your card at the grocery store or coffee shop ad boards.

EDIT re OB/GYN: Don't even compare those. We go to our doctors because we have to, not because it's a fun time. Statistically women are very conscious of their reproductive health and will undergo all sorts of perceived humiliations to maintain it. What you are talking about is a voluntary process that results in pleasure for the giftee - the doctor is a necessary thing that we would all rather skip if we could.

It's not a bad idea, many photographers offer such services (perhaps not in your area, which would mean more business)

I think the earlier suggestion of advertising in a lingerie store is a good one.

But the nagging point is WHY post this question in Singles and Dating, rather than Photography or even Polls and Surveys? It looks a bit more suspicious in this forum, since most posters here are more interested in hot dates than promoting business opportunities or professional services...

I would do it. Both nude and with lingerie. The only thing is that I am very self concious and I get very uncomfortable quickly so I would probably prefer a female photographer.
