I want to make it as a famous fashion photographer, where should I start?

maybe by trying to take really good pictures "fashionably" or get a degree in photography and create an outstanding portfolio and then solicit your services to magazines etc.

1. Study the basic principles of photography so you understand them inside out and can deconstruct other peoples technique... everything you learn will be built on this foundation so make sure it's as sound as possible.
2. Study the work of photographers you admire.
3. Seek out those photographers and see if you can visit them to ask questions about how they work, advice and mentoring.
4. Attend seminars by leading image makers - typically via professional associations such as the AoP (Association of Photographers).
5. Practice like hell!
6. Break the boundaries - experiment.
7. Develop a style of your own.
8. Get a good agent.
9. Nurture an 'image' for yourself - important for the fashion world I suspect.

It's up to you whether you want to go down the study route - I'd recommend it, particularly if you can get into a leading university or college - it will also give you contacts for the future.
