How would you describe my style of photography?

My "portfolio" can be found here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/brandonwick...

I just turned 17 and I'm hoping to someday become a fashion photographer. I have people ask me what my style is and it's hard for me to answer because that depends on who's looking at my work. This is why I'm asking you guys. Also, some critique would be nice :)

portraits.

Mind you, VERY good and edgy portraiture! Well done, young man!

Dude, this morning saw me looking through ALL the pics you have on Flickr again, and they are SWEET!!! You see symetry in places where my tiny brain would see none!

You got skills! Keep it up and show us more! How you get such DEEP colors from a digital camera amazes me. Perhaps you over expose.

i love your photos! your gonna become very very famous gl and i think you have more of a modern style!

Those are cool. Keep it up young man.

ROLL TIDE!!!

your pics came out really nice!!!

eclectic and modern.

very nice pictures keep doing what your doing

I don't know what style you have, but I would describe your pictures as stark yet soft; many are humanistic with a religious glow...they're quite mature and insightful for one of your age.

I added you as a flickr contact :)

You should just tell them its whatever style you want it to be b/c you seem to have a mixture of style kid. Keep it going gl

you are really talented! when you get an award, be sure to mention me in your acceptance speech.

i would say it is modern, but there were a couple classic photos in there. you shoot a lot of profiles, and honestly, you are going to make a great photographer. just be careful that your pictures don't get too "hoochy". there were a couple where it looked like the model was just sticking her chest out for all to see. but other then the few that were like that, the pictures were amazing.

you should see if there is a magazine publishing place near you were you could get an internship, or go to college near one. you are really good.

avoid "emoness" any "emo" contribution will ruin your portfolio

i would define your style as "earthy with a retro flare"

if you can't define your style try defining your attitude towards photagraphy...what does it make you feel? what is your responce to the art form?

if that is your passion that is what you will do and with flair.
i am recently jettisoned from the stone age into the 21st century, and though photography has been an interest of mine all my life, i have not heard the term "style of Photography" before...one either photographs what is there or not. photography is photography, then there is image making...something i hope to do to someday, something you may well be doing right now...most of your works look to be very well composed and well presented...

I dont have a label for it, I would say it's a well developed style well beyond your years. Some very pleasing work and outstanding results - well done. For critique just post one image at a time.

thanks for the share - I really like your style

a

How about the words "awesome," "fantabulous," or just "fricken amazing?"
Your photography is very edgy

I looked at them all and I didn't find a bad one in there. I liked them all. In fact, two of them have inspired me and I will rush away and 'steal' your idea.
All are very good indeed and I can't really come up with a description of the style. Some are 'now' and some are 'retro', some are 'classic' and some are 'edgy'
Let's just say that they are 'individually mixed' in style.

Those are some awesome pictures!!! I love them! I bet you could get "famous."

You have different types of "styles" in my opinion.

Very edgy and raw and saturated with color. Your photos are very unique and professional looking :]

um i think somethings wrong
