If i were to be a fashion photographer would i have to move where the celebritys live? if so where? |
i want to be a fashion photographer and wildlife photographer. which gets paid more? (please tell me their minimum salary) and would i have to move far away. like to california or las vegas. or something. please help! and any sites would be helpfull thansk oh and could you add any colleges for photographers if you find any. thanks ;] Apparently, in the U.S. New York is definitely the place to be for all fashion majors - including fashion photography. I would definitely recommend fashion photography over wildlife photography, just because of safety issues. More wildlife photographers are killed than you know. The only positive things I can say about it is being outdoors, and the high salary, but is it really worth your life? Fashion photographers are EVERYWHERE, so you have to have some pretty good talent, if you're just ok, you might want to leave it as a hobby. Because if you're bad at it, you definitely won't even be given a chance. But if you're good, more money to you. well, how are your photography skills right now? Do you have an eye for photography? do you have samples of your work? Do you have a portfolio? you'll need something of that sort if you decide to go to an art school for photography. Answers those questions first and then think about schools. =) |

Depends... Do you mean like Studio photography ? if so, you'll need a few things: a) Back Drops ( Different Backgrounds ) b) Strobe Lighting.. ( Price Varies ) c) External Flash Unit ... Get as much education in photography as you can. The goal is to know your camera so well that you don't have to think about f/stops or shutter speeds ... you want it all to be intuitive. G... If you were shooting for Vogue, they would be hiring you for your "style" ... the Creative Director is just insurance to make sure you get what the client wants ... In the middle of a ...
