What are some interesting fashion photography topics?

I have to write a 4,000 word essay for school by the end of next year. This is called the extended essay. I want to do a project about fashion photography, but at the moment I am unable to think of any topics. Will you help me?

Well saying that it must be 4000 words don't you think you should leave your topic very wide that way you can gather info and make several points? so if that's what you want to do your topic should just be simply Fashion Photography.
