How to put on fake eyelashes? |
ive got some multicoloured eyelashes from a party shop for an art project and a little tube of glue and no instructions, i don't like going near eyes so a friend is going to put them on my other friends for me ( am doing like a fashion photography thing with them modelling) any tips as this is something new to us...? Firstly, Remove all eye make up. Then With tweezers remove the eyelashes with the inner corner first. Apply the glue, If it is white don't worry as it will dry clear. From the inside out apply the lashes just above the lash line and gently push them into position making sure they lay straight, you'll find that there's a little groove in the Eye lash line you can slot it into. Then position. Then put on your eyeliner just to seal the deal! Good luck! They're best applied when mascara is already on and when wearing liquid or pencil eyeliner on the top lash lid. This gives the lashes a more secure hold on the lid and prevents peeling, aswell as an overall attractive appearance and neater finish. Pay attention to the beginning and end of the lash strip when applying adhesive, as these are the easiest places to begin peeling off, then wait a minute to apply.
