What are the do's and dont's of makeup and fashion for photography? |
I will have several events coming up this summer and need to know what things are okay for pictures and what things are not. Thanks! Hmm, if it's during the evening...you look tanned and have dark hair and dark eyes. Perfect time for lining with black (not tacky, but soft) and a bronze shade. During the day...peaches, with some gloss and blush, pale during day, darker at night. Don't forget your smile!! outdoors..only early in the morning and at sunset. never under direct sunlight . makeup..soft.looking.. natural skin..healthy glow black mascara glossy lips.... Okay first things first. Wear sun block (35 SPF or higher!) everywhere. Tans look okay but it just shows you have sun damage. If you must tan, use a self tanner. Keep the make up soft, natural and nothing too bright or outrageous. Also make sure not to be too trendy in clothing or make up. You do not want to look back on these pictures and say 鈥?oh my god what was I THINKING!!鈥?in a bad way. hair and make up artist for ten years. Fashion queen How to look good in photographs with makeup http://geethabeautytips.blogspot.com/200... Vaseline is your friend! You can use it to make your smile shinier and you can use it to keep eyeshadow on so that it doesn't flake off when applying and go all over your cheeks. And focus on one feature. If you're going for red lipstick keep the eyes subtle and neutral, just eyeliner and mascara and skin toned eyeshadow if you must use one. If you're going going for bold eyes then keep the lips neutral with a slightly tinted or clear gloss. Focus on the model's best features and keep the rest subtle Barry M website and various different magazines like Bliss, Sugar, CosmoGirl ect |
