What should I do about getting suspended for my Myspace? |
I had a flash video of some friends and I on my myspace, which had a picture of my friend pushing her boobs together. I'm into photography and I put a picture of me with a fake gun to my head for halloween, and put it on a flyer with my Myspace URL along with some words to get people to go there so I could take their halloween pictures. The school has suspended my friend for the picture I posted of her, and I haven't been to school yet, but Monday I'll be suspended. Do I have a case in court? you're going to go to COURT over getting suspended? what are you, some kind of millionaire? just let it go. people get suspended all the time. and when your parents want to know why, just explain to them that you were being dumb and posting inappropriate pictures of your friend on the internet and spreading it around the school. i dunno, heres mine myspace.com/omfg11 and im still not banned. i dont think you can get banned from myspace sure but u know it will never work. just make a new accont. no A friend of mine told me you were "very naughty" on Myspace Just make another account using a different email address. probably not, i am sure that what the school suspended you for was promoting your myspace page at school, which has a picture with sexual intent on it. You are free to put in on the web, with in reason. The problem is you were soliciting at school. Did they say anything about the picture of you and the gun? I would suspect that they would also use that against you. Best of luck... |
