Photography with the Sony Alpha? |
I have the Sony Alpha SLR camera with 2 basic lenses: 18-70mm and the 75-300mm. I want to be able to take high quality modeling pictures and pictures in dark locations i.e. night outside, clubs, bars etc. I know the 300 wont help me at all, but what type of lenses should I get to do that, or is all I need is a good flash. My 70 has minimum focus distance of 1' 3" or so and that is not good enough in alot of cases. Please help. I dont not want to spend money on something I dont need. Budget for everything is 1000-1500. find a used maxxum 50mm f1.7 and you'll do fine (online $50-$100) If you were using a Canon or Nikon you would have more responses than you could stand. Since Konica-Minolta was purchased by Sony, no one really knows what lenses will work with the new Sony digital SLR. You are going to have to consult with your local distributor of Sony brand DSLR's Editorial, sports and glamour photographer |
