Is a Sandisk Memory Stick Duo Magic Gate, compatible with all digital cameras?

I use mine in my Sony and my friend has just bought a Fuji with the usual small memory stick 16mb. I am going to lend her my spare card but im not sure if they are all standard or not?

No sorry, the Memory Duo cards are only designed for Sony models unfortunately, when advising customers, I would usually say that this is or could be one of the bad points of having a Sony camera, mainly because, you can't use it with another camera however, it can be used in other Sony products, for example, their PSP. I doesn't steer people away from buying Sony cameras though because, they are an excellent make and have excellent lenses. With other cameras you will either need a XD or SD card but this depends on a cameras model. In my opinion I can't understand why manufacturers don't just use one type but, I'm sure they have their reasons.

Fuji use XD cards, yours is SONY only... XD's on Ebayer.com are often cheaper than ebay......
