Help with my camera?

i just got a Sony 7.2 MP Cyber-Shot DSC-S650 Digital Camera and first, it was able to hold 12 pictures with internal memory. Then only 11 then 10. It kept going down until it came to 6! I was wanting a memory card for it. it didn't say anywhere in particular which one to get, so first i tried a fuji memory. it didn't work. Then i tried a SD card. It didn't work either. Does anyone know what kinda of card i need? (Hoping to be under $30.00) Thanks!

It's a good camera you have. You need a Sony memory stick, but there are some other brands that make them, and they work just as well. For instance Lexar & SanDisk. You can shop on eBay (there are lots). Cost will depend on how large you want it (how much memory). You might also look on Amazon, and here is the link:

Sony works on memory stick which is different from all other memory cards. pls reach an authorized sony dealer and ask for it.

you have to buy a Sony's memory stick
This cameras only accept one kind of memory also you can see the resolution of your camera it helps you to have more pics with the internal memory

1. do a "format" of internal memory

2. buy a memory "stick" NOT card
