Camera won't work. Any ideas? |
I have a Fuji Finepix A120 digital camera that has almost completely packed in. I noticed I was getting less and less from batteries each time, and now it will only power up occasionally. I have used Duracell, rechargeables too, but it only starts to work when it feels like. Anyone have a clue? I won't be taking it to a camera shop as they are so expensive. have you tried energiser lithium digital camera batteries, i had the same problem with my old camera, i tried rechargeable's and duracell-which worked initially but then the camera stopped responding to these altogether, the batteries are about 拢5.00 type it in google and you should get some sites which sell them. By the way my camera was a fuji as well, i phoned manufacturer who told me which batteries i should be using. Try again with a new set of rechargeables. It may be the battery life that is failing, as opposed to the camera. A camera shop may give you some free advice if you go in and ask, perhaps they will let you try a set of their charged batteries. Rechargeable batteries do have a life span you may have exceeded it and all you need to do is replace the rechargeable batteries. I had the same camera. Fuji Finepix after awhile just tend to die. Try a few new brands of batteries, if not then try a newer version of fine pix. Also you can go to a place like best buy and ask them what types of cameras use XD mem cards and the price range that you are looking for. They should be able to help you out. |
