Something might have come loose. Remove all the removable items (battery, cables, memory card...) and put them back in. If that doesn't fix it, you probably need a new camera.

I think you should say goodbye and buy a new one, or try to sell it on ebay or some site saying it won't power up but probably could be fixed, you might get 30 dollars for it.
