My Fuji digital camera quit reading both of my cards. What can I do? |
One day the card worked in the digital camera and the very next day it didn't. I found the original card and put that in but it couldn't read that one either. The camera is about 2 to 3 years old and we have had no other problems with it. In fact we have a digital camera that is 5 or 6 years old and it works just fine. Please help me. I know I can just buy a new one however that is just not what I want to do at this time. I would take it to a repair shop but can't seem to find one less than two hours away. Have you tried using your camera menu to reformat your cards? This sometimes causes problems if you don't format them regularly. I format my cards after each use to avoid possible problems like that. it will cost over $100 to have it fixed Try canned air to clean out the slot that the card goes into. |
