A really good digital camera?

that doesnt have like a big blinding flashes or makes your pic come back yucky or turned your pic orange when the lights turn on...
mines fuji and it sucks!

No offense, but it might be you. I have a Fujifilm Finepix F10 and it's worked extremely well for me for two years. Here are a few ideas:
1. If the flash is too bright, turn it off. If you want to take a flash picture, but not one so bright, partly cover the flash with a piece of paper or tape or something. It's your camera. Get creative with it.
2. If colors are coming out wrong in lighting, you can tell the camera what type of lighting you are using. This is called the white balance. There should be an option for "indoor" or "incandescent" or something like that. Try each one with some practice shots and see what a difference they make. After taking the picture, you can still use computer software to change a picture so it looks natural.
3. Read the manual.

go for canon ixus for a pocket size digital camera. or those canon pseudo-dslr for better zoom and pics. the best camera would be those dslr-type which you can change lenses for better outcome of photos(canon or nikon).

The camera doesn't take the picture, the person does. No matter what camera you have, you will have to play with the settings to get good looking photos.

As for the pictures turning orange, you need to set the white balance on the camera.

Almost every point and shoot camera will have a bright blinding flash as the lenses are not that good. You have to get a DSLR with a fast lens, or an external flash to avoid that.

There are lots of good cameras out there, I could recommend a good digital camera like the Canon 1Ds Mk III, but do you really have $8000 for one? Canon, Nikon, and other companies all make good cameras.

For $150 you should look at the Canon A550 or A560.
For $250, the Casio EX-V7 or V8 is a fantastic camera.
If you want to step up to a DSLR get a Nikon D40 or Canon XTi.

Sony DSC-T200 or DSC-T70.
