Fuji finepix S7000 help?

am haveing trouble useing the high definition digital telephoto lens it was included in a bundle i never used it till now.

I have the setting on the camera set to on for the adapter
when i turn the camera on you see a tunnel , when you take the picture all you get is a small round shot it wont open up

has anny one used one of this ?? how can i make it look wide?
I have the fuji adapter on ,then the lens

you cant connect it with out the fuji adapter

It sounds like one of two things.
Firstly.. It seems that an element is missing from the Tele attachment
Secondly.. It also sounds like the Tele Attachment was incorrectly constructed or built in reverse.
Take the Camera to where you purchased it and get them to try and fit and correctly use the extra lens.
