Hi,Ive got a fujifilm digital camera 3000 problem.?

Hi,My fuji digital S3000 camera seems to have for some reason just stopped being recognised by the computer,.Ussually I plug in the camera to the usb port and immediately the computer recognises the camera was plugged in and immediately starts uploading the pics,but all I see now is the small arrow flicker when I put the camera usb cable in the computer port but nothing happens after that and when I go to ofoto now which am using to upload photos to ,and ask it to download from camera ,nothing shows.Its as if the data is lost,am really peed off as I went to alot of trouble to get some special video footage for a friend of mine,this is the first time its done this,.Can anyone help.By the way,am no computer whiz so you will really have to explain the answer of what I need to do to the computer if you know the answer,many thanks.

Either the auto-run or auto-detect on your computer may have been reset to "off" when you loaded a program or update.

The way around it is to use a card reader and avoid all the camera/computer interface issues that seem to plague the digital camera arena.
