Video camera not working? |
I have a handheld jvc digital camecorder that is only two years old and doesn't get used a lot. Last time I used it was on my honeymoon 1 year ago. I try to use it now and the screen and eye piece stay black. It says that the lens cap is on when it is not. Any help with this? If your camcorder is one of the models listed on the customer service bulletin, then it has a CCD defect that JVC will repair for free regardless of warranty status (even if your warranty has expired): |
