How do I keep the date/time display when I transfer JVC Camcorder video to DVD? |
I have a JVC 20GB Harddisk Drive Camcorder. When I watch the video on the camera the date and time are displayed. When I burn the video to DVD it isn't there. Help! I have lots of precious video from my child's first year of life and I want it stored properly. Thanks! Hard drive camcorders record in MPEG-2, which doesn't include a date / time stamp. I personally don't have the DVD Reco.. |

Go to the jvc website and email them. A friend of mine had a problem with his camcorder last year and they sorted it free of charge. ...If I ABSOLUTELY HAD to pick one of the two, I would pick the HD7 because it had a built in 60gb hard drive. But, for your needs, I would pick neither of them. You do not need a great camera for a w... i dont think anyproblem on that. becuse we saw a lot of american NRI 's and tourists bring their camera from there and using here. ...Does your PC have a PCMCIA slot or an express card slot?? If it does just buy a firewire card and that will solve your problems!! Just remember to buy a firewire cable to connect the devices!!! ...you're travelling overseas and probablly won't have your computer with you. you shoot on the HDD cam and the drive fills ups. then what do you do? get a mini dv cam and have plenty... I'm sorry but people that buy things "last summer" and use it till now really TICK me off!!!!!!!!!! I get calls all the time with these questions. I mean why would you buy something... You need S-video & AV. You can get them from any electronics store. ...Read your manual again... ... |
