Anyone own a jvc gr-d71u minidv cam I may buy one and would like to know if they are good? |
So I am starting school this fall for video production and need a good reliable minidv camcorder. I found a jvc gr-d71u minidv cam for $150 at a pawn shop with a 30 day warranty and a case. I am still going to need a pc firewire cable tripod etc. so is this a good camcorder? it feels good in my hands weight is good are they sturdy and huge problems i want to know what other people think of this camera and its features and if i would be better off getting a new lowlevel minidv cam any recommendations are appreciated . I need this cam to make student music videos and stuff to get better at production so please share your experiences. Thanks a bunch! I don't know what setup you're proposing to use - you only need firewire. If they're not there already, the DVDs can be ripped to your PC using something like DVDDecrypter, converte...
