Vista does not recongnize my JVC DV GR-D370U when I connect it via a firewire? |
JVC's support and website are useless, Microsoft's website is useless. Anyone have any work arounds. I just bought this camera less than 18 months ago... I have done all of the simple things: The error message seems like you are trying to use USB - not firewire. (to add to previous answer) To expand a bit on the drivers not being loaded - go into Device Manager (Control Panel / System / Hardware) idk either, but i would like to know, ugh ive been working months on this problem! |
