My video camera is not working! >.>?

ok i had this video camera for 3 years now, and now its not working right its a JVC. ($200)

only how it works is if i put the charger in it, if i take it out it turns off.

why is that?

btw its 100% charged

Unfortunatly, we couldnt invent a battery which has longer life than 3 years.Every battery generally lasts around 3 years.
So definitly ur battery is no more
u have already tested it with charger
it means everything is fine exept ur battery.
Get the same time of battery it will be as good as before.

If you have had the same battery for 3 years, then that is probably the problem.

If the camera will run while it is plugged in then it is either the battery contacts are damaged/dirty, or like I said, the battery had died on you.
