HD SONY v's HD JVC camcorder?

SONY HDRSR12 v;s JVC GZ-HD7?
Hello. Im soon to buy a HD camcorder.
Ive review both specs but there are times when i can not seem to fine what els the camera can do.

The Sony model has night vision where i could film in the dark.
The Sony model has extremly good 10.1 megapixel to take photos.. It films and also takes photos.

I don't no If the JVC model has the same. If so what is the megapixels for the jvc if it does the take photos.?

How about JVC model with night vision ?

And finaly i don't no if the SONY and the JVC model has that thing called estabillizer.. when filming sometimes it shakes alot because your hand shakes and cant capture everything neat. So with the technology today on most cameras they have stabillizer to get rid of the shakeing effect when filming. Making it all look a pro filming scene.

I want you to help me with the JVC if it has the same as the SONY.
I even dont no which one to buy.

Sony model looks smaller while the jvc alittle cooler and bigger.

SONY MODEL: HDRSR12

JVC MODEL: GZ-HD7

SONY cost alittle more because its new
JVC cost alittle less because alittle older model

I can not fine much more info if it has all that for the jvc. So any help will be preciated.

If I where you, I would select JVC.
Why?
Because:
1. JVC GZ-HD7 has a rectangular shape over its lens that is makes the lens to be in to avoid unwanted lights (specially sun light) that comes from sides, to have the best image and less light filters.
2. JVC's lens has the manual control to manually control the zoom or the focus of the lens. This is the most important thing is prosumer and professional camera lenses that make the user to have the full control over it's zoom and focus.
3. JVC has the Accessory Shoe that makes you connect extra microphone, DC Ligh or Flash to the camcorder to improve it's ability and also quality.
4. JVC uses 3CCD engine that capture images in real colors.
and more...
I think these 4 examples are enough for at least a prosumer to record high end video.
