Top spots for photographers in Japan? |
Really into photography (landscapes, architecture, culture). In Japan early November Tokyo to Kyoto... Every stop along the Tokaido shinkansen line has something special about it. There are old (rebuilt) castles such as Hamamatsu, Nagoya, Osaka, and Himeji. Himeji as after Kyoto, but anyway. There are also other great spots such as Mount Fuji, Atami and Yokohama. Given that I had photography skills, stopping along the Tokaido would seem to have an abundant amount of loations to shoot. Try Kanazawa and Tateyama. Instead of taking the Tokaido Shinkansen between Tokyo and Kyoto, go the "back way". Kiyomizu dera in Kyoto always blows my mind. The Tokyo tower at night is also very cool. If you wanna take a really crazy photo in Tokyo wait till 7:30PMish and take a photo of Shibuya crossing on a Friday or Saturday. Then wait until monday and take a picture at the same place around 5:30 AM. This works also for Harajuku Takeshita Dori and Shinjuku Kabukicho. All in Tokyo. Try MONKEY PARK!!! in GIFU seriously.. that place is unusual, unreal, unique, and VERY japanese...most are japanese monkeys looking like they're straight outta compton....Animal P eat your heart out,,,lol |
