What is a better camera Leica M3 or Leica R3?

You're comparing an orange and an apple. M3 is a rangefinder and R3 is an SLR. I really can't give you a specific answer as this is not like comparing traveling by jet and by train.

I thought for a second that if a question like this is usually asked by someone who has not done the research--but I don't mean to be rude to say it so directly like this. Here are the links which I think are helpful.
