Where in India can one simply drive up to in a car, pitch a tent and holiday with all supporting facilities? |
Wildlife, Camping, Mountains, Rivers - basically Nature Photography This type of tent holidaying is not very popular in India for some obvious reasons. However, with the permission from forest department or local authorities, groups have been organizing such type of holidays in some select areas. bombay-go to borivali national park or trek in matheran not for from bombay gujrat-go to gir where they have safaris to see lions northern region-plenty of camping at manali and shimla. there is even white water rafting n para sailing options around there. why dont u check out coorg, its in karnataka state. cool place, rich in natural beauty,good site seeing places good for photography.its aslo called south indias switzerland |
