Is it sfe 2 rchrg digicam in singapore and malaysia..? ds vltge diff cause harm to my cam? pl help?

mine is NIKON COOLPIXL12,digital camera..bought in india..in india the voltage is 230V 50Hz... will the electric outlets at singapore and malaysia harm my cam if there is a diff in voltage...? if so then what can i do..? how do i carry my digi cam..?what is needed for charging the batteries to suit voltage there..?
