I'm looking to buy a nikon d40 or d60 but have concerns,help? |
I'm looking to buy a digital Nikon and have narrowed down between the d40 and d60. I have a Nikon N90 and i'd like to be able to use my lenses (35-70mm and 70-210mm) without having to manual focus all my shots, which is what would happen if i bought a d40? U need the D80. Da lenses U have 35-70 and 70-210 do not have AF-S motor. D40 and D60 will B manual focus. Sorry! I'm not 100% on this but I believe you would have the same issue with the D60 as you would with the D40. I know if you get the D80 you will not though. I have a 35-70 AF F2.8 and on a D40 it's about a 52-105mm |
