which camera do you think is better?
ive already asked this question i just want to get more opinions and please dont judge the cameras based on brand name.

Nikon Coolpix P80 or Sony DSC-H50

We have had this question before ...
The Nikon has a higher ISO range
The Nikon uses the industry standard SD memory card
The Nikon has a longer optical zoom.

These are but three of the features that will add to the range of photos the owner can take under many different conditions.

Remember, the more features a camera has, the more chances there are for an inexperienced user to make mistakes. So, it boils down to this: Is the purchaser willing to buy a simpler camera with fewer features so there is less to go wrong, but a better chance to get decently exposed images or want a camera that they can grow into with enough features to challenge their creativity.

It is NOT the camera but the 12 inches behind it.

Easy, The Sony DSC-h50, Go on http://amazon.com, and the ppl that bought the camera didn't like it at all, most of the reviews are bad. They say the quality of the pictures is falsely advertised, and should really be ignored. Don't mind the 10 megapixels, and the 18 times zoom.
