When I download the pictures from the camera, they look normal. But when I open the file (picture) to edit, etc., it opens as a dozen or small copies of the original on the screen. I'm new to this particular camera but never had this kind of problem with my Olympus digitals. Any help would be great. What has happened is that your camera is in the multi-frame mode. It is designed to take 16 pictures in about a second (used for analizing golf swings, baseball swings). If you press the menu button, there is a control that allows the change between the single frame anvance, or multi-shot mode (that you're in now).

It's very easy to use and is free, just like Google
