PSP? Questions about features.?

I'm thinking of buying a psp, tried a freinds and was great, just a few things were questionable. Can you see full screen internet? (my freinds was cropped) Also how well does the camera compare to real digital cameras? (I have a 4.0 megapixel Olympus) Finally, how does the music sound? (compared to ipod's or mp3 players)

yes you can see a full screen instead of it being cropped. start the browser, hit the triangle button, go to the bottom, scroll over to the 'A' in a box, click it and go to 'display mode'
there are three settings.

'just fit' squeezes blank parts of the page out
'smart fit' rearranges the page so that things arent so close together
or
'normal' this crops the pages.
the camera available is no where near average digital camera tech. its only a 1.3mp, and thats comparable to early cell phones... however, im sure that we will be seeing outside party cameras for it that have a higher resolution in months to come.
the sound sucks through the internal speakers, but headphone quality is pretty good.

The PSP does not have a camera but it does show the pic's good over all it;s a good system but the only thing that I dount like is that it is like a mirror and you can see yourself when playing it

No full screen internet.

Ignore the other user, the PSP DOES have a camera attachment, but it's only available overseas. I recently returned from a convention and a friend had the camera. It worked fine for what it was.

The music sounds fine. Of course, external factors such as the headphones you use and the quality of the sound file itself factor in to this.

you cannot see full screen you have to hold down a button and roll to the right and left etc... the camera, you have to buy for it, unless what you mean is transferring images from your own digital camera. the music is great but is not as loud as the ipod. but it has speakers, which is a +++

In my opinion the PSP is really good for games, movies, music(if you have bigger memory) also its good for looking at photos but not taking them. I would just keep my old cam and put the pics on the PSP to see them later. Nope you cant see full internet. And I actually like the PSP music quality and like the other guy said it depends on the head phones too. but if you thinking about getting a PSP you should, its the best portable entertainment system to have.
